Mac-Ave services hardware covered under Apple's one year warranty or the Apple Care Extended Warranty Program.
Serviced products covered under the Apple Waranty and AppleCare Protection Plan are free of charge.
Mac-Ave also offers an Extended Warranty in addition to the AppleCare Protection Plan on Apple products purchased at Mac-Ave. This warranty extends the Protection Plan from 3 to 4 years. Any service performed by Mac-Ave in the fourth year, the labor rate of $75/hour is waived and only the cost of parts is charged.

Want us to come to you? Mac-Ave offers an On-Site Service to customers that need assistance at home or in the work-place. For $115* an hour for labor, a technician will work with you to fix any problems or issues you want addressed.
*On-Site service also includes a travel fee of $45 an hour.

For $150 Mac-Ave will Back-Up your data to an External Hard Drive.
